Who Are We

Picco Investing Solutions, LLC is a privately held investment firm focused on multi-family assets. We help our investors to get their hard-earned money working hard for them, versus them working hard for their money. The results are Passive Income, Tax Benefits, and Diversification. Our mission is to create a transparent and seamless investing experience for our investors and help them to take advantage of great cash flow, and large equity gains. We are a family owned and operated company with strong morals and strong values.

Managing Partners

Casey Cotton

Casey has more than 25 years of experience overachieving revenue goals, managing global projects and international direct reports, while exceeding customer expectations.

Having worked for some of the largest global companies, and a former NCAA collegiate athlete, Casey learned early the value of team and surrounding himself with smart, likeminded people that are focused on raising the bar in every aspect of their lives.

Originally from Colorado, Casey has lived in the Austin Texas metro area since 1993. He is a devoted husband of 26 years, and the proud father of two grown children. When not working and growing the family businesses, Casey spends his free time in his wood shop, caring for their horses and working as a high school youth minister.

Beth Cotton

Beth has over 35 years’ experience in the Clinical Research Industry. As a Global Director, Beth has managed several multi-million dollar projects across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific delivering outstanding results on time and under budget. Beth has also been instrumental in sourcing, acquiring, and managing multifamily assets for 20 years. She prides herself on building positive, long lasting relationships with her team members and attributes this as critical to the success she has achieved over the years. Her attention to detail and management style has served her well with Underwriting and Asset Management of Multi-Family assets.
